One of four projects completed for Bupa, the major refurbishment of Bupa Kyneton Aged care facility included a full remodelling and replacement of the common areas, the addition and renovation of all bedrooms and ensuites. To minimise the inconvenience to the residents’ works were conducted in 14 stages over a two-year period maintaining near full resident occupancy.
