This project entailed a two-storey extension of the existing aged care facility with the addition of 37 new terraced bedrooms, communal dining and lounges, nurse’s stations, administration and partial refurbishment of the existing building. All construction was completed whilst the facility remained operational via considered stakeholder engagement with the operator and families.
