This two-part development began with the build of a 7-Eleven service station and convenience store inclusive of all underground petroleum, diesel and LPG refuelling infrastructure, bowsers and environmental controls. Stage two comprised the delivery of Victoria’s first Starbucks Coffee drive-thru premises with associated dine in restaurant and amenities.
