This design and construct project was stage two of Treasury Wine Estates (TWE) temperature-controlled wine storage facility. The build encompassed an 18,400m2 ambient and 6,500m2 14-16 degree maturation warehouse together with an office dispatch centre and associated hardstand. The entire 34,000 sqm facility was built within a 10-month timeframe prior to TWE’s peak operation period and was innovatively achieved by designing and constructing the warehouse in two directions simultaneously.
