New business development is a critical component for the growth and evolution of any business. James utilises his extensive and varied project management experience by leading the project feasibility, early design, client tendering and contract negotiation of all Dzine Group accounts.

Key to the efficient progress and delivery of every build is our detailed pre-construction planning process. Blair’s astute communication and forecasting skills together with his vast experience in the field ensures that we nurture effective design development, town planning and consultant relations whilst challenging convention in all Dzine Group projects to deliver the ultimate outcome.

Construction Management

It is essential we lead, guide and encourage our construction team in successfully completing quality projects, on time and within budget. Brendon oversees all construction projects from conception to end of defects liability period, including OH&S, to ensure we meet our contractual obligations and performance in a timely and cost-effective manner.
