Stage One of this project began with a purpose built 19,000m2 temperature-controlled wine storage facility and administration office dispatch, servicing TWE’s domestic and international markets. The build included dispatch, recessed loading docks and is serviced by a container rated hardstand to support local trade and exports via the adjoining road and rail infrastructure. The remote location of this development required the project scope to encompass significant infrastructure works inclusive of power upgrade, road widening, high pressure gas main refurbishment, Australian Rail Trackt Corporation (ARTC) rail crossing and sizeable stormwater detention basins.
